Carr Information House Sunday Program

San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area and Resources

The San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area contains an incredible wealth of natural and cultural resources, including one of the few remaining cottonwood-willow forests in the Southwest and Native American sites dating back 13,000 years. This talk will describe these resources and help you enjoy the recreational opportunities of the Conservation Area, a 56,000 acre park on your doorstep.

For safety reasons occupancy in Carr House is limited to 49 people. In the past, the audiences for some popular programs have exceeded that number. Please arrive early to be sure you get a seat as additional visitors over the limit will not be admitted while the program is going on. Overflow guests will be invited to watch a live stream of the program at our outside picnic area.

Carr House is located on Carr Canyon Road, 2.1 miles from its intersection with Highway 92.
