A distinguished author, TV producer & naturalist based in Somerset, Stephen was born in London, read English at Cambridge before joining the BBC. He produced the BAFTA award-winning Springwatch, The Nature of Britain and Birds Britannia, while his books include a series of ‘bird biographies’. No Host Bar opens at 5:30PM. Dinner at 6PM.
